Circles
Circles can be found in almost every aspect of our existence; in our water cycle, in the phases of the moon, in the human life cycle, and in the clockwork of time. A series of loops in perpetual motion, with no beginning and no end. Through a combination of minimalist compositional styles with electroacoustic looping techniques, Circles is a reflection on the cyclic nature of our universe.
Crossing Lines
An exploration of the musical possibilities of a single violin outside the frame of any particular genre, Crossing Lines challenges the stereotypical image of the violin as a classical instrument and aims to break down the walls and preconceptions that separate musical genres.
Resolution
Released in March 2021 on Sister Music’s collaborative album Isolation Textures II: Hope. The album was created during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is reflected in the theme.
